EDUCATIONAL PROPERTY INSPECTION EXPERIENCE

You are about to buy your new home, or, you already own a home & you are not totally familiar with property or property ownership, the many components, pest matters in particular termites, how things fit, to be brief, we now offer you the opportunity to come along and inspect the property together with Stephen Koelewyn, he will take the time to provide detailed explanations, teach you things that may not necessarily be obvious in relation to both pest & building matters, If you are up to the experience, crawl together with Steve through the sub-floor areas and/or within the roof void (if safe to do so) etc', Steve will take the opportunity to explain & answer questions on the go, Torch and Knee Pads will be provided however you must wear clothing that can get dirty while crawling through the sub-floor. For more information about this exiting new innovation by Stephen Koelewyn, give us a call.  This experience is somewhat similar to a field trip you may have done at school or uni but with an expert in building & pest matters, it is intended to be an educational experience. Allow at least a couple of hours for the inspection experience. Once you receive the written report, within 24 hours of the inspection, you will have a much better understanding of the findings and recommendations included in the report. Having participated in the actual inspection, you will know for sure what has been inspected and what areas were or were not accessed for example. Steve's knowledge & experience is all the more valuable when he can share it with others. No amount of pictures or written text will replace the knowledge obtained by being part of the inspection experience.
