Ausinspect offers a Pre Sale Inspection of properties.

Ausinspect has responded to the wants of Real Estate agents and Property Owners considering selling their homes by now also offering a Pre Sale Inspection Report that can be presented to prospective purchasers together with the contract of sale.

Pre Sale reports are mandatory in the Australian Capital Territory for some years now.

Calls for Pre Sale Inspection Reports in NSW have met resistance for many years as the status quo has been that the market is a Buyer Beware Market and that intended purchasers should seek independent pre-purchase inspection reports rather than rely on a Pre Sale Report commissioned by the vendor or the vendors sale agent.

Ausinspect encourages feedback, be it positive or critical, we listen. Based on the feedback we have received and numerous blogs on the internet, the market wants Pre Sale Inspection Reports and we are ready to respond to the market pressures.

Ausinspect prepares the Pre Sale Inspection Report in the name of the current property owner, once contracts have been finalised then Ausinspect will reissue the report in the name of the purchaser.

Property Owners that choose to have a Pre Sale Inspection carried out increase the exposure of their property to intended buyers as the buyers are able to view the report when considering the property without the need to spend money on reports only to find that certain aspects of the building and/or pest report are actually a deterrent to the purchase of a particular property,

With a Pre Sale Inspection Report the property owner has the opportunity to realise if the property for sale has any serious issues that were previously unknown, many of these problems can often be attended to prior to the sale and/or disclosed in the sale process, meaning that many problems will not come as a nasty surprise once a serious buyer has an interest in the property and subsequently walks away.

Vendors considering sale by auction should ideally have a Pre Sale Inspection Report prepared as this will provide the information to multiple persons that may consider bidding on the property at Auction, a successful Auction is an Auction with multiple bidders that are interested in a given property.

Ausinspect prepares all reports in a non bias manner, the Pre Sale Inspection Reports are carried out in the exact same manner as a Pre Purchase Inspection Report, those that rely on an Ausinspect report, be it Pre Sale or Pre Purchase, can feel confident that the inspection and subsequent report has been carried out to our high standards.
