Above is a photo of a timber dwelling with extensions to the
rear of the dwelling. This dwelling had severe termite damage in concealed
areas, the full extent of the termite damage and activity was determined by the
use of cavity cameras and thermal imaging without the need to damage surface
linings. In this dwelling we were able to locate at termites sub-nest in the
roof void of the skillion roof at the rear and a mature termites nest was found
behind a brick retaining wall in the rear yard. No further termite activity has
been recorded at this location since the termites nest removal.
